For Fios AI, a Dublin recruitment-technology startup, I built an AI recruitment system where candidates are interviewed on video by an AI avatar. It's screening work that used to need a person in the room, now running on its own.
Upscale Valley runs Amazon businesses on behalf of its clients. I designed and shipped the automation behind that service. Account operations their team once handled by hand now run as software, which frees them up to focus on clients instead of spreadsheets.
For Karizma Solutions I built an AI cold-calling agent and the pipeline around it. It dials, holds a natural conversation, qualifies interest, and hands warm leads to human closers, automating the top of the sales funnel.
At GAIR Lab I worked on LLM architecture research and production systems side by side: RAG chatbots, applied AI, work that shipped instead of staying in a paper. That mix is what carries into client work now.
